Healthcare Advertising Awards Recognizes Pure Healthcare Brand Launch With 8 Awards

Pure Healthcare and its partners at Boom Crate Studios have been recognized with eight awards for the brand launch of Pure Healthcare. A new offering in healthcare, supported by palliative care experts, Pure Healthcare provides individualized, person-centered supportive care services to help those it is privileged to serve maximize their quality of life, empowering them to thrive and succeed living independently.  

Entries to this competition included submissions from some of the nation’s largest healthcare advertisers, insurance companies and health systems. More than 4,400 entries were received in the 38th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards. The Healthcare Advertising Awards is the oldest, largest and most widely respected healthcare advertising awards competition. A national panel of judges reviewed the entries, which were evaluated based on creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design, and overall impact. 

“We’re honored and privileged to be recognized with the Healthcare Advertising Awards, along with our partners at Boom Crate Studios,” said Craig Schrolucke, senior director of Mission Engagement and Communication at Ohio’s Hospice and Pure Healthcare. “As we launched the rollout of the Pure Healthcare brand, a first of its kind model of care, we wanted to share with the community and those managing chronic illness that Pure Healthcare provides person-centered care and a comprehensive approach to the needs of each individual. The iconography and brand messages are so important to connecting to the power of healing and hope.”  

The Boom Crate Studios team worked together with the communications team at Pure Healthcare to develop the award-winning brand story, video messaging and a direct mail pieces. It’s humbling to be connected to an organization so dedicated to serving the people in our community,” said Kelly Mercer, owner and creative director of Boom Crate Studios. “Helping bring the Pure Healthcare brand to life visually and through story was an amazing opportunity that we did not take lightly. We are honored by this recognition and our partnership with Ohio’s Hospice and Pure Healthcare. 

The Communications Team at Pure Healthcare and Boom Crate Studios were recognized with the following awards:

  • Gold award for a brochure about Pure Healthcare. 
  • Gold award for the Pure Healthcare commercial series. 
  • Silver award for a digital video ad about Hannah’s Story. 
  • Silver award for the direct mail pieces about Pure Healthcare. 
  • Silver award for miscellaneous collateral/special promotions for the Pure Healthcare flipbook. 
  • Silver award for the Pure Healthcare website. 
  • Merit award for the Pure Healthcare Scoutbook. 
  • Merit award for the digital video ad about Mark’s Story.
